Director of Sales & Marketing

$85,000 to $120,000 Austin, TX Full-Time Hybrid

We have the properties and we have the standard. What we want now is someone who can fill them properly and build the accounts that keep them full. This role owns revenue across all three markets.

You will be building this function, not inheriting somebody else's playbook. That means real latitude on strategy and direct access to the owners to get decisions made quickly. It also means the results are visibly yours.

What You'll Do

  • Own the revenue strategy. Rate, mix, and demand across Miami, Austin, and Dallas. You set the plan and you answer for the result.
  • Build corporate and group accounts. Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and keep them. Relationship-led selling, not spray and pray.
  • Run the marketing. Brand presence, digital, partnerships, and the property-level campaigns that actually move occupancy.
  • Work the partnerships. Travel partners, event organizers, corporate housing, and local businesses worth being connected to.
  • Report on performance. Pipeline, conversion, and revenue against plan, presented straight to the owners.
  • Support the property teams. Give GMs the demand and the tools to convert it, and listen when they tell you what is not working.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 or more years in hospitality sales or marketing, with direct responsibility for a revenue number.
  • A track record you can point at. Accounts you landed, revenue you grew, a property you turned around.
  • Comfort selling in person. The accounts worth having are still won face to face.
  • Analytical honesty. You know which of your channels actually work and you kill the ones that do not.
  • Multi-property or multi-market experience, or a clear reason you are ready for it.
  • Willingness to travel. Regular trips to Miami and Dallas come with the job.

Do Not Count Yourself Out

If you do not tick every box up there, apply anyway. We would rather bring in someone who genuinely wants a better path and train them properly than hold out for the longest resume in the pile. Most of the people who have done well here did not arrive knowing everything.

Training is paid and it is part of the job, not a favor. Show up wanting to learn and we will do our part.

Nice to Have

  • Existing corporate or group account relationships in Texas or South Florida.
  • Luxury or lifestyle brand marketing background.
  • Experience with revenue management systems and CRM platforms.
  • A network in the events, film, or corporate travel world.

Benefits & Growth

  • Paid training. You are on the clock from day one while you learn the role. Nobody here is asked to get up to speed on their own time.
  • 401(k). Retirement plan available to full-time employees.
  • We promote from inside first. When a seat opens up we look at our own people before we post it anywhere. If you want a path, there is one here.
  • Direct access to the owners. No layers between you and the people making the decisions.

Compensation & Details

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, with performance incentive potential discussed at offer. The role is full-time and based in Austin, TX, on a hybrid schedule with regular travel to Miami and Dallas.

How to Apply
